With four stations that focus on different cuts, you'll get to see all the work that goes into your favorite pork-y platters. From roasts to ribs, you'll be ready to take your own hog home and impress your friends and family with your newfound skills; plus you'll leave with a new US Foods apron, and a 6-inch Dexter Russell boning knife. After the hog breakdown, we'll be joined by St. Francis Winery for a chance to sip and savor some delicious beverages.
